Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end post sale activity from booking to possession, coordinating the daily work activity with the team, monitor and reporting on performance targets collection report. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling post sale activities from collection till registration of property and back-end operations of projects including booking logins.
  • Ensure timely documentation, payment collection.
  • Resolution of customer grievances.
  • Maintain Invoicing, Credit notes generation and demand generation.
  • Loan process follow up from KYC till disbursement.
  • Booking / agreements.
  • Handling customer queries related to projects possession, demand, receipt and Builder Buyer Agreement..
  • Handle all E-mail and incoming calls from customers, give quality information about the company’s projects.
  • Handle and resolve the complaints and grievances of the customers
  • Explain products, services, pricing and answer queries and objections from customers
  • Meeting with clients for resolving queries & matters of dispute..
  • Daily MIS and database maintenance. Initiate and develop CRM system..
  • Refunds, cancellations, recovery & collection reports, final demand notice etc.
  • Responsible for all customer interactions, resolving customer queries.
  • Answer sales calls and handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.

Desire Skills: Collection Management, Recovery Management, Time Management, Maintain Client relation, strong follow-up ability and etc.
