The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Candidates should have to do follow up calls, And actively scheduled appointments.
- Candidates have to deal in residential & commercial (Luxury segment) and successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Meet and exceed sales targets & generate the revenue
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers understand clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose a solution.
Desire Skills: : The ability and desire to sell.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, confident, and determined approach and a high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- Candidates must have leadership qualities.
- Passionate about sales & result orientated.
